How Fulfilment Works

Orders Are Consolidated
Your sponsorship will be consolidated with other orders for the next available fulfilment slot.
Meals Are Distributed
The sponsored meals will be arranged and distributed to jemaah in Makkah through our appointed partners.
Fulfilment is usually carried out once every 2 weeks, depending on operational arrangements and ground conditions in Makkah. This means your order may not be distributed immediately on the day of purchase, but will be included in the next scheduled fulfilment.
Proof of Fulfilment
As part of our amanah to contributors, Al Hilal will provide fulfilment updates after the distribution is completed.
The update will include photos and videos of the meal distribution, showing the names of contributors as part of the fulfilment proof.
This gives you reassurance that your sponsored meals have been arranged and distributed accordingly.
