Each pump is generally installed for the daily use of a family. Where appropriate and needed, a pump may also be installed near a masjid, musollah or community location.

2. We Instruct Our Local Partners
Our partners in Cambodia will identify an appropriate beneficiary and location before beginning the preparation and installation process.
3. The Water Pump Is Completed
The pump is installed and the contributor’s chosen name is displayed on it.
The process generally takes approximately 8-10 weeks, although timing may vary according to ground conditions, weather, location and operational circumstances.
4. You Receive the Completion Update
Once the project is completed, we will send you:
- Photos of the completed pump
- Available video footage
- GPS location of the pump
- A digital waqaf certificate

A Benefit That May Continue for Years
Based on pumps previously installed, the estimated working lifespan of a pump is approximately 7–8 years.
This is an estimate rather than a guarantee, as actual lifespan may depend on usage, ground conditions, maintenance and other local circumstances.
