Funds Collected
We are pleased to share an update on the Waqaf Van Jenazah Project, which ran from 1 June 2024 to 30 Sep 2024.
Amount Collected: $55,910.10

Promised Perks for Contribution
In our project communications, we have stated that we will provide the following perks for contributors:
a) Contribute $100 or more, and you will automatically be given Al Hilal Ummah Services' Lifetime Membership
b) Contribute $500 or more, and you will be given a buffet voucher for 2 pax
We are pleased to inform that we have already started sending out the first batch of membership cards to those who qualify. We will continue to issue and send out the rest in batches to come.
As for the buffet vouchers, they will come in the form of a virtual voucher (softcopy) which you may present and dine at The Landmark Restaurant. We will notify those who qualify separately, so do keep a look out for our message to you on Whatsapp and Email (whichever channels made available to us).
Van Acquisition
We are currently in the process of identifying a suitable van from the marketplace, which will be converted for Jenazah purposes. Once the conversion is complete, the van will be ready for use.
We are targeting for this to be completed before the end of Oct 2024.
We will provide further updates of the acquired van with photos and documents once available. Insya Allah.
Beneficiaries of Your Waqaf
We are also pleased to announce that we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with two Muslim organizations in Singapore, to provide free funeral services for the residents at their homes.
All contributors to this project will, Insya Allah, reap the rewards of their contributions through the waqaf.
